This special session evolved from a recent seminar with 8 participants. At the end of the seminar, one of the participants said he had particularly enjoyed this small group, feeling that he had received more attention to his specific needs and issues, and he was also much more comfortable sharing about his situation with so few people. 

This workshop includes all of the topics of the regular seminar,
PLUS VALUE-ADDED FEATURES.

• A small group - more time to focus on your situation and needs, plus added interactive time to answer all of your questions
• A detailed pre-seminar questionnaire - to learn more about your issues, requirements and progress to date, to be shared with all participants and used to guide us to those relevant topics
• Special breakout sessions - to study those topics of highest interest and importance to participants
• Two case studies - one each day built around the survey responses
• Two hours of free consulting by Jim Stam, seminar leader, by phone after the workshop

Fees: $1495 for individuals at the Value-Added Workshop. Take off $50 per person when three or more people come from the same company.  Register early, 45 days prior to any session, and also take $50 off the regular fees. 

Should you need to cancel, 10 days prior to the seminar or earlier, a $50 administrative charge will be applied.  Within 10 days of the seminar date, cancellations are subject to the full fee or you may substitute another person from your company, or receive credit for a future seminar.
